Manual License Deactivation

If you are getting the error "IN_USE" you can fix that error by deactivating your key below. You can also use this portal to deactivate a key from a machine you don't have access to, so that you can use it on the machine you are currently on. 
Step 1: Enter Purchase Email & License Key
Step 2: Press Request Confirmation
Step 3: Copy your confirmation code you received in your email and paste it in the confirmation code box
Step 4: Press Deactivate Key
Step 5: Try entering your license key in the EmberGen license manager again and it should work now.
