Check these common requests and solutions before resorting to a support ticket.

"My license key says IN_USE when I try to activate it."

Use our deactivation portal to unlock your key so that you can use it again.

Manual License Deactivation

If you are getting the error "IN_USE" you can fix that error by deactivating your key in our new account management platform.

Step 1: Login/Register on our platform at https://account.jangafx.com/

Step 2: Confirm your account's email.

Step 3: Go to "Subscriptions" then click "Manage" on your subscription.

Step 4: Click on the license key that has the issue.

Step 5: Scroll down in the right panel to Activations and click Deactivate on its existing activations.

Step 6: Activate the key in your software.


"I need to edit my billing information or cancel my subscription."

You can login to your account with just your email address by clicking the button below and following the instructions on the next page. From there you can modify your billing or subscription preferences.

"I haven't received an email about my educational license approval".

We tend to check applications every 3-4 weeks. If you haven't recieved an email in over a month after replying, your school may block external emails.
